More Quilts
"Grandmother's Flower Garden" is the name of this quilt. Mom Heismann made this quilt, which is all hand pieced and hand quilted. She also made this beautiful Christmas Quilt. She and I helped hang the quilts for the show. There were a total of 85 quilts.

Carl and Shirley Heismann
Meet Carl and Shirley. Carl is the second oldest of the five Heismann children. We are thankful that they live here in Ohio, not too far from Mom Heismann. They have been such a big help to her.

Benson Sculpture Park, located in Loveland, CO, is a unique outdoor setting for sculptures. There are approximately 100 pieces of sculpture on permanent display. The Loveland High Plains Arts Council has done a beautiful job maintaining this delightful park.

This link is a must to explore.
When you click on the link, look at these numbers: 64 "Circle of Peace", 16 "Unsteady Steadiness, and 33 "Flyin'". The batteries in my camera failed to capture some of my favorite works.
This summer Lyn, Sara and I met Jamie (teacher friend/neighbor back in Laramie) and walked around the park before having lunch. What a great day!
